Robin graduated from High School in 1965 and continued his education at Southern Technical Institute graduating from their Architectural/Structural program in 1967. He enlisted in the US Army National Guard in 1967 and was trained as a Crew Chief/Door Gunner on a UH-1 (Huey) helicopter. He received his honorable discharge in 1972.

Robin grew up in Georgia among parents that hunted and fished which gave him his passion for hunting and the great outdoors. He has leased or owned properties since 1980, managing these properties for wildlife.

He is the former Commissioner, Wildlife Director, and Big Game Coordinator for the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.

Curtis I. Taylor is a native of West Virginia having grown up in the southern coalfields. Mr. Taylor received a B.S. from West Virginia University and a M.S. from the University of Tennessee. He began his career with the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources in 1979. He rose steadily through the ranks until, in 2001, he was named chief of the agency’s Wildlife Resources Section.
Prior to being named Chief, Mr. Taylor served as the Federal Aid Coordinator. He served as co-project leader on the Wild Turkey Population Dynamics Study and has worked on various turkey research projects and other fish and wildlife management programs during his 34 years with the agency.

Scott is a Wyoming resident who spent his childhood on a ranch near Laramie, Wyoming. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and began a 34-year career with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. He was a commissioned wildlife law enforcement officer for over 30 years holding several positions ranging from Game Warden to Deputy Chief of the Wildlife Division. During his career he worked on many challenging issues such as Chronic Wasting Disease, Brucellosis, large carnivore conflict resolution and many endangered species issues including black-footed ferrets, Wyoming toads, gray wolves and grizzly bears. Scott served as the Director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department from 2011 until his retirement in 2019. Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, backcountry horse trips and spending time with his family and friends.
Jim Curcuruto is the Executive Director for the Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF). Prior to leading OSCF, Jim ran the research and market development team at the National Shooting Sports Foundation from 2009 – 2021. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and passionate conservationist that is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of hunters, anglers and target shooters.

She currently serves on the North American Wetlands Conservation Council, the Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act Advisory Group, advisory boards at multiple universities, the Wetlands America Trust Board, the National Deer Association Board, the Nemours Wildlife Foundation Board, and the National Conservation Leadership Institute Board of Directors. Karen Waldrop received her Ph.D. in Wildlife Biology/Forest Sciences from Clemson University and her M.S. in Wildlife Biology/Forest Resources and B.S. in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.

Brian Murphy is an internationally respected wildlife biologist with more than 35 years of experience in deer research, biology, and management. He holds a B.S. in Range and Wildlife Management from Texas Tech University and a M.S. in Wildlife Resources from the University of Georgia. Brian currently serves as HuntStand’s V.P. of Corporate Relations and Strategic Partnerships, as well as staff wildlife biologist and policy advisor for HuntStand’s parent company, GSM, LLC. Since 2023, Brian also owns and operates Advanced Land and Wildlife Services, LLC, a land enhancement company that specializes in buying, transforming, and selling large, high-quality hunting properties in the Southeast.
Brian previously served 23 years as CEO of the nonprofit Quality Deer Management Association. Under Brian’s leadership the organization became widely regarded as the most respected and influential whitetail organization in North America, as evidenced by it receiving the 2011 Career Achievement Award the Southeast Deer Study Group. Brian has also received several individual awards including the National Conservation Award from the Australian Deer Association, the E.L. Cheatum Wildlife Excellence Award from The University of Georgia and one of Outdoor Life’s Top 25 Conservationists in the United States in 2011.
